At what time can I check-out?
Until 11:00 AM. A final inspection is coordinated with the seller, who will collect the keys and check if there is any damage done to the property or its contents.
How can I pay for my reservation?
With a payment of the total at the time of making your reservation by electronic transfer or payment by credit card*. In the case of leases for longer than 14 days , you pay 30% of the total amount to make the reservation, and will pay the balance upon arrival. For leases longer than 2 months, our agent will arrange a payment plan for you.
*When you choose to pay by credit card, an extra 4% will be charged. We encourage you to prefer electronic transfers.
Do I have to cover any additional costs?
When booking, a damage deposit of $150 USD must be paid for rentals up to 30 days long. For rentals over 30 days long, you have to pay $300 USD. This deposit is fully refundable, as long as there is no damage to the accommodation. In case of leases for long periods of time, a larger deposit may be requested, ask the seller.
For short leases (1-6 days), a $30 USD prep fee will be charged.
Is it necessary to submit some form of identification?
Yes. At the moment of making the reservation it is necessary to send the seller a photograph / scan of his passport or identity card, along with the following information:
Name, telephone and emergency contact email.
Is it possible to smoke in the apartment?
No, it is prohibited by law and is requested not to smoke in the room or terrace to reserve the environment of the home.
